Shauntee Jackson
Hello all! My name is Shauntee' and I am a 30 year old mother of two rambunctious toddlers and I reside in Fort Worth, Texas. Currently, I am a student at Tarrant County Community College looking to transfer to the University of Texas at Arlington in the summer or fall of next year. I am majoring in Social Work and minoring in English and hope to work for the Veterans Administration as a Substance Abuse Counselor. This is my first time trying my hand at article writing, as my experience lies mostly in fiction writing. I have written a few short stories and poems and I am currently working on a book about four best friends who are all polar opposites in every way, but when it counts, they are always there for each other. There are a lot of stories and characters running around in my head and I feel now is my time to breathe life into these wonderful people. My other hobbies include: shopping, reading, writing, listening to music (I love everything from country to old school r&b). I love to learn from others and look forward to any feedback and constructive criticism.
